Vibtra

Terms of service

Effective 20 Sep 2026

This is a short-form notice. The full terms of service are in preparation and will replace this page. Questions go to sam@vibtra.app.

What the service is

Vibtra is a hosted registry and console for internal tools that an organisation builds with its own AI coding agent. A tool is deployed to the organisation's own cloud account. Vibtra keeps the record: who may open each tool, which credentials it uses, and a receipt for every deploy. The service is operated by Vibtra, the operator of vibtra.app.

Accounts and organisations

You sign in with a verified email address. The first person to sign in with an address on an organisation's email domain creates the organisation for that domain and becomes its owner. Later sign-ins with a verified address on the same domain join it, unless the owner has set the organisation to invitation only or it has reached its people limit. The owner is responsible for who they invite, and for who holds an address on that domain.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful. Do not attack the service or another organisation's tenancy, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to get around its rate limits, its sign-in gate or its organisation boundaries. Do not connect a system or a credential you are not authorised to connect. The full acceptable use policy will be published; breaking it is a breach of these terms.

Your data and your credentials

They stay yours. A credential you store is sealed before it is written, and it is used only to do what you asked: to test the connection, to deploy your tool, and to hand a tool the credential it reads. Vibtra claims no ownership of the tools you build. A deployed tool is yours to keep and can be ejected to run with no dependency on Vibtra; until it is ejected, its sign-in gate is the one part that needs the registry.

Early access, provided as is

Vibtra is in early access. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. There is no service level agreement. The service may change, and it may be withdrawn with notice.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time. Vibtra may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vibtra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its liability to you is limited. The full terms will state the limits. Nothing on this page excludes a right that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

Changes to these terms are posted on this page with a new effective date. The formal terms of service are in preparation and will replace this notice when they are published.
